I started JM's Killer Buns & Thighs today, anyone else doing this/want to do it with me?
I'm also doing T25 and heavy lifting @ the gym 3 times a week.

Those are serious workouts good job I am not doing that jm yet but I will be doing 30ds want to mix insanity and Zumba and ri300

Good job you guys! I did my day 1 of the 30ds and for some reason when I woke up it felt like I had been hit by a car lol I didn't think I was that out of shape. I guess I better keep going. I'm also going to look at some of the other workouts that you guys are doing. All I have besides the 30ds is walking.0

I recommend chocolate milk guys after a workout or a banana helps reduce soreness0

Alot of people use Choco milk as a recovery drink alt0

I'm currently doing an Insanity/Killer Buns & Thighs hybrid. I'm about three weeks into it. Level 2 of KB&T is so good! I'm sore all over again! Good luck!0

I use a hrm which estimates a burn from 200-300 so I just bump it down to 100-150 just because hrm aren't always accurate before I had a hrm I would input these types of workouts as aerobics0 -

no problem n honestly i barely use mines now that i have it if you have a smart phone theres apps for hr i had one that scanned the index finger and it was close to comparison to my polar watch0
