Hey i just joined the group and I just got back onto MFP last week
I am 5'1"
SW - 135
CW - 139 i am not sure if its water or food weight
GW - 105 +/- 5 lbs
But my goal for this week is to consume around 1500 cal.
I was eating too little last week, especially since I was working out five out of the seven days.
I was eating only 1200 cal.0 -

Zero pounds this week and boy was I really bummed but after having a co-worker asked if I had lost some weight my attitude changed. It definitely made my day On ward!0

Sounds like you're losing inches my dear and that's great! It's funny how much the # on the scale affects us. It bothers me when I don't see a dent in the #'s as well. But I decided to pull out the faithful measuring tape.0 -

Btw, i am 5'1", my numbers seem small, but I assure you it is healthy.
You know what is funny, two days ago i weighed myself, and I was 138.5, I got a bit depressed because I thought i didn't make any progress, but it wasn't a week since my first weigh in.
I won't ever do that again, and I will wait a week for my weigh-ins because seeing the lack of progress can be unmotivating. Also weighing in the same place, time, and clothes will provide better results.0 -

Finally, after staying the same weight for 2 weeks, I've lost another 2lb! :-D
Also taken up a Strength Training Challenge :-) It's getting better!
