Wife and I are on week 5 and still modifying a bit. Less then at first but still more then we would like to. Considering doing 1 more week of alpha before we start beta... anyone know the difficulty change?

I am due to start Monday too considering watching the DVD through so I know what to expect. I am still modifying push-ups and the plank up progression . I do what I can on the floor then join Tanya. Apprehensive about beta.

Same exact place with us! Particularly when he goes right from plank something to tap pushups (starting the burnout in total body)... kills us!!

My hubby and I are also ready to start Beta on Monday. We're both still modifying some on Alpha but I think we're ready to move on. I usually do a second non T25 workout everyday so I may make my 2nd workout one from Alpha. I honestly don't know if I will ever be able to alpha without some type of modifications. Going to continue to push through and hopefully improve though!

I'm doing one more week of alpha only because I missed a few workouts when I was sick. I feel like I'm ready for beta, but I want every workout checked off in alpha first :)

No idea for me (finishing up my 3rd week of alpha, so I do have a little time to get ready).. I am keeping up pretty well during the alpha workouts in general and don't modify for the most part, except for total body circuit. I imagine I'll struggle with all of the beta exercises at first, but that the circuit one will be very challenging for me.

I can usually manage at least MOST of the push-ups in the FIRST set of those tap push-ups, but after that I feel pretty TAPPED out so to speak :) I end up modifying over half of the push-up type exercises throughout the workout... just so difficult to do that many push-ups in one sitting. My only real complaint about T25 is that I wish there were more upper body/push-up exercises throughout the week. I think that would help build me up for body circuit!

I agree their is a lot of leg work and not a great deal of upper body. My legs are still painful 5 weeks in but I am running as well. My hips and quads are so sore, holding the lunges is agony for me but I try the best I can . When will I not hurt again.
