I'm quite disappointed that for the first time in a very long time I am not going to make my goal. Rainy day today was too dangerous to bike and so I'm ending my month at 51.87 out of 65 miles.
On a good note though: since 1/2 when I joined WW I have lost 9.8lbs. I'm still doing camp gladiator 3 times a week at lunch with at least 2 other workouts each week either at lunch on tues/Thursday or at nigjt walking/running with my friend Beth.
I'll set a little bit lower goal for February and I'll make it for sure. Actually might add in the 13+ miles I was short in January just to say I did them been off it wasn't in January.
