    A very red day today but a planned one. Not even going to log all I ate but let's just say I feel a bit sick :sick:

    Hi Everyone! I've added you to the spreadsheet with your goals. Since this is the first month we are tracking water I will be asking those of you that didn't specify to clarify your goals for water days. I'll also be checking the "check in" threads to make sure everything matches up.

    @mdivamuffin- I completed my diary for yesterday. I consumed 3,000 cals, 800 of them were alcohol. Today is a new day, however we have a party to go to tonight. But I got it out of my system, so hopefully tonight I won't feel the need to over-indulge!

    I would have thought I was done eating after dinner, but then I helped move a couch and suddenly I was hungry again. Waited a bit to see if it was actual hunger or phantom hunger. 30 minutes later, still actually hungry. Checked my macros and was woefully short on protein so I scrambled the one serving of egg white and the one egg I had left in the fridge and ate them on toast. I am still woefully short on protein and regret that blueberry muffin this morning. The egg and toast carries me from 5:30 to 10am break most days so surely it will tide me over until bed time. Now there's a trip to the grocery on my agenda for tomorrow and I've got to come up with a new breakfast plan for tomorrow.

    Unfortunately, I have a sinus headache that is making me feel truly crappy. I squeezed in a 30 minute workout but I was planning on doing something active this evening (maybe some Zumba) but alas that won't happen. Fortunately I said no to cake so I am still green.

    Water: I am aiming to take in at least 8 glasses (64 oz) on non-workout days and 100 oz on workout days.

    Made it to the gym and did 35 min run plus short warm-up and cool down.

    I am entered in a xc ski race (for fun) tomorrow. I haven't been on skies in about 10 years or so. We'll see how it goes!
