    2/1- GREEN!!!! I did it, just had a few bites (not to be rude, hahaha) and drank a ton of water. However, I think I'm sick with a cold. So I'm pretty miserable. Today will be a rest day.

    Loads of activity today. An hour long session in the gym this morning and then a two hour walk to the sea after a big Sunday dinner and dessert. Walked it all off and so it's my first green day of Spring :smile:

    I will have a goal of 28 days for water as I really need to concentrate on drinking more water.

    Green with 6 calories to spare, and I'm having trouble finishing this bowl of blueberries. However, I have reached maintenance and I need to eat as close to my calorie goal as possible so I am going to eat them.

    Lots of bustling around the house today cleaning and a feeble attempt to declutter / organize. Some progress made but SO much more to go!!!

    @mdivamuffin---love it when your body begins to adjust and feeling "too full" just isn't fun!!! And nice job with the double workouts to recover from the 1st.

    @Sulyha---I should say you are very brave to enroll in a ski race having been away so long!! I do hope you find it like "riding a bike" and come home with all your appendages in safe condition!

    I hate exercise with a passion or at least that's what my mind keeps telling my body. I am trying to make February the month that I get back into the exercise habit. Took an hour long walk today in my hilly neighborhood. The weather was beautiful...65 and sunny.

    I exercised today to save up extra calories for the Superbowl party. I weighed all my snack food and then savored it for quite a while. I also managed a chili cheese dog and some cookies. After my allotment I sat next to a plate of warm cookies and didn't touch them. :drinker: :drinker:

    I am feeling better from yesterday, but still am having some sinus issues. But nothing that can't be solved with some sudephrine.
