I hate exercise with a passion or at least that's what my mind keeps telling my body. I am trying to make February the month that I get back into the exercise habit. Took an hour long walk today in my hilly neighborhood. The weather was beautiful...65 and sunny.0 -

I exercised today to save up extra calories for the Superbowl party. I weighed all my snack food and then savored it for quite a while. I also managed a chili cheese dog and some cookies. After my allotment I sat next to a plate of warm cookies and didn't touch them. :drinker: :drinker:
I am feeling better from yesterday, but still am having some sinus issues. But nothing that can't be solved with some sudephrine.0 -
