    That's some fantastic progress!!!

    You may feel like hell doing the workouts, but when it comes to pushing and doing the fit test, you can really see the improvements there...a great measure of what you accomplish!

    Thanks Joe, but my body feels like a wreck at the mo and I've not even finished month 1.

    Guess I'm going to keep pushing through taking it 1 day at a time :)

    That is all you can do!

    By the time month one ends, you'll be thankful for that Recovery Week. It still is tough...but it's really really good.
