Today was pretty easy even though I have chips next to my chair. I have been able to count them out and restrain myself - kind of playing with fire but happy to say that it has not been that hard (after a month of very few chips, it is surprising how far 5 chips can go)0 -

yup, yup, and yup! Great day of eating and working out. Got 30 minutes of stair climbing in at lunch (too cold to walk outside today, so I just went up and down the stair cases at my school) and then did my strong lifts 5 x5 workout for 45 minutes after school! Was so busy during work today, only had time to eat my eggwhite omlet around 11:00 a.m. and didn't eat again until I got home...so didn't even hit 1200 calories today! 150 calories today were from my sugar free hot chocolate I have been drinking to stay warm! (but dang...780 mg of sodium! yikes) Happy monday!0

"Climbing".....what were you climbing??
A wall at the indoor climbing gym - my son's hobby but his girlfriend is too light to secure him so he "roped" me into going with them. Well, I wasn't going to go, pay my entrance money and just stand at the bottom and secure him, right? So I did four climbs, easy routes, but I was still proud of myself. My third time climbing!0 -
