    I'm going to set my goal at 25 miles. Maybe I will surprise myself and walk 30! This is my first every walk challenge with Leslie!

  • I walked 2 miles (LS 5 day walk) then went outside and shoveled snow for about an hour.

    Feb 5:

    I did Get up and get walking (1 mile), then I did Strengthen 30, and finally I did 2 fast miles. As the strengthen was weight training I am only counting 3 miles to my total for today.
