INSANE Fit Test Improvements

Today was my 3rd fit test and I had an INSANE improvement from 2nd to 3rd! And I was working through an injury!
Here's the progression from Test 1 through 3:
Switch Kicks - 45 - 53 - 64
Power Jacks - 35 - 54 - 60
Power Knees - 55 - 68 - 85
Power Jumps - 15 - 22 -25
Globe Jumps - 4 - 9- 10 (the guy in the video only got 11)
Suicide Jumps - 7 - 10 - 14
Push-up Jacks - 10 - 19 - 25
Low Plank Oblique - 14 - 23 - 30
Needless to say, that motivated the hell out of me!

Awesome job!! I just did my second fit test today. Killed some of my previous exercises from two weeks ago. My results are posted on my profile. Some I barely beat but made gains in all 8. It's an awesome feeling to see and feel the results. Keep up the good work.0

Yeah it really motivated me to get to that MAX workout.....then the MAX workout said "No, no, no, you're not that studley." Crushed my hopes and dreams and made me feel like a complete failure.0
