Welcome to February! This should be another great month for weight loss! With Valentine's day fast approaching this would be a great month to love ourselves a little more :flowerforyou:
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in February)
2/7/14= Fill out after each weigh in.
2/14/14=
2/21/14=
2/28/14= Final weigh in for the month.

Then I got sick and lost a pound Friday and another Saturday (not the best way to lose, but hey, it happens)... Anyway, that's why my 191 first weight is so different from the 193 CW. Blah...

I had a bad couple of weeks at the end of January, so am kind of doing a Groundhog Day - same starting weight for the month, same goal! Let's hope it doesn't repeat itself all over again - LOL! I had a bad cold at the end of the month which didn't help, and a bad attitude which resulted in gaining back all that I had lost in the first two weeks. I am slowly getting back to the good habits that helped me get this far, one of which is preplanning meals at least one day ahead.0 -

I’d like to join this group if I may, on the recommendation of a friend who says you are a great group. I no longer have 100+ pounds to lose, I am down 66 pounds with 86 to go. About a year ago, I was down 100 pounds, but medical issues kept me off my feet for the better part of the year and I put 40 pounds back on. Hopefully those issues are behind me and I can continue the journey. I’m back on MFP, logging everything every day and exercising five days a week and lost 12 pounds last month.
