    Goodness, today was a challenge! I felt so stressed and tired and a little un-good, and I really had to nag myself to get some activity in. But I convinced myself to clean for just a "little while" and that turned into 80 minutes of running around! Which in turn earned me some ice cream! Yayyy happy endings.

    Anyway, I'm travelling to visit my partner in a city I've never been to tomorrow, so that will probably be me out :/

    Still excited that I am at the lowest weight I have been in years! Still have a long ways to go but one small goal at a time. We're doing great everyone, keep it up!!!

    I barely was able to keep within my calories because a coworker invited me to lunch, and I had packed my lunch. Luckily it was Applebee's and they provide calories on the menu-- otherwise I would have barely survived! But I'm proud that I kept tracking and the exercise calories earned kept me within my daily requirement. Phew! Tomorrow is going to be tough because I was invited to happy hour after work, and I love the margharitas....my ultimate downfall. So maybe I will just have one and order some lighter fare to snack on. Wish me luck.

    You are definitely learning what to do to LIVE A GREAT LIFE!! NO WORRIES!! You can go out on short notice and know exactly what to order!! :drinker:

    Today was a challenge
    I started eating cookies for no reason.
    I felt bad about eating 12 joe joe's so I got on the elliptical for an extra 15 minutes, that didn't make up for all of the cookies but it did help me not go on a total cookie binge.

    I really did not want to today. But this challenge got me moving- bit of a half hearted work out and my food was not clean but scraped in within my calorie goal. Not enough for weight loss but hopefully I will do better tomorrow

    The fact that you didn't "give in" is HUGE!! You should be proud of your decision!! Take each day as it comes and try to do a little better than the day before!! :love:

    Hi folks! I can't seem to log in from my phone so the only way I can post here is from the computer which is a real pain in my astronaut. With that said, I haven been logging, and exercising, but I just don't always have time to sit at the computer.
