February 6th Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I really did not want to today. But this challenge got me moving- bit of a half hearted work out and my food was not clean but scraped in within my calorie goal. Not enough for weight loss but hopefully I will do better tomorrow
Yep you guessed it....I'm STILL in this challenge!! :happy: Tomorrow is my 1st weigh in .......wish me luck!!
Thursday is the one day I don 't have time to exercise in the morning and I completely forgot to do it last night :ohwell: I've lost 2lb since the start of the month so I will carry on solo and be back next month. Good luck guys, keep up the good work :drinker:
