Yes Thursday is the one day I don 't have time to exercise in the morning and I completely forgot to do it last night :ohwell: I've lost 2lb since the start of the month so I will carry on solo and be back next month. YES My food choices could have been better today......but considering the intensity of climbing 1 mile up I don't feel that bad. I met with a friend tonight and the Tall Nonfat Chai Latte put me -63 over my budget so guess who got on the elliptical at 11:00pm? LOL Yep you guessed it....I'm STILL in this challenge!! :happy: Tomorrow is my 1st weigh in .......wish me luck!!
February 6th Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Sick day. I have this crud in my chest so bad that I lose my breathe just when I am talking. I did make sure I was constantly walking around in my classroom all day though but that is a pretty normal thing for me. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Date: Feb 6 Exercised?: Yes. Calories?: Yes. Tracked?: Yes. If it wasn't for this group, I probably would have taken a day off. So this group is keeping me accountable.
February 6th Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes - thanks to all of you amazing team mates!!! I could have just stayed in bed and would have had to face the music... THANK YOU!!! LOVE this challenge. It is so motivating and gets in my head in the morning to drag myself to an elliptical machine. Gotta love the extra calories that it gives me so that if I want a little something extra, I don't have to worry about it. Good luck everyone, you are all ROCKIN' the UAC!!!

I forgot to add some food to my journal, when I added it today, I went over my budgeted calories, very sad for this wonderful challenge keeps me in line, but I will continue on my own for this month, see you next month.
