    Mixed Green Salad - Field Greens, 1 cup

    hi all

    breakfast - green smoothie , red Swiss chard , spinach, mango, berries, macca powder , chia seeds , dulse flakes
    lunch - quesadilla - whole wheat wrap, peppers, red onion, chicken, tex-mex cheese avocado and some sour cream
    dinner - stuffed chicken breast w goat cheese and sundried tomato, zucchini with nutritional yeast lightly friend in coconut oil


    Today I had my kids home for lunch so I splurged with the cheese and sour cream, not necessarily something I would have had on my own, probably would have gone with a salad to be honest but it was nice to have them around and for us to sit down during the day and share something ie I didn't have to cook two things lol
