    i was reminded today that there are only 28 days in our month! YAHOO.
    Seriouisly today got off to a rough start and think I may have pushed too much
    yesterday......so I didn't get what MFP considers enough food but don't have the stomach
    to eat more today. So I will get a good nights rest and start over tomorrow.

    go olympians!!! hopefully the Olympics will keep me motivated for the next 2 weeks. We had an opening ceremonies celebration and I was able to resist all the treats, but it was hard!!
