    My goal this month is to not quit half way through it!!! So far I have walked 15 Miles

    Goal for Feb: 80 miles

    Feb 1: LS 3 mega miles
    Feb 2: LS 4 Fast Miles
    Feb 3: 4 miles outside walk
    Feb 4 Nothing
    Feb 5 LS 2 Miles
    Feb 6 1 mile outside and 1 LS Fast mile
    Feb 7 LS 4 Fast Miles

    Thats 19 in 1 week. So need to average just over 20 a week from now on. I can do this. I think :)

    THANK YOU TO EVERYONE POSTING WHICH DVD THEY ARE USING :heart: It is not only inspiring and interesting but also helps me think about which walks I want to incorporate for my next couple of walks. You are all walking with both endurance and strength :drinker:
