Exercise. Yes
Calorie budget yes even went to red robin for dinner and had a delicious Ensenada chicken. BTW red robin has this amazing customizing your meal app and it give you the nutritional info and you can add and take off items from what you are getting to fit in with your nutrition budget. I will def use it again. If it hadn't been for this challenge and the app I would have chosen something that was a lot higher in calories

Did I exercise for 20+ minutes?yes. 30 min of weight training + 30 min swimming (mixted styles).
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?yes !
At lunch, I included a yogurt tart. So I entered my food log and saw that I would make it very close for today. So, I did not eat diner. I went for a swim session and was able to add an oatmeal before going to bed...and I managed to respect my calorie limit

I'm so surprised at what I'm learning about myself and food choices during this challenge. I wasn't sure this was realistic until it seemed like 2nd nature after the first few days. Once I dedicated myself it became important first because it was like I was being "watched" but then I realized that I'm watching myself. Last night for instance I had to do cardio after nearly a 10 hour day and then foolishly ate Wendy's Chili and 1/2 baked potato and wound up with a wicked belly ache at 4am. The lesson here is if you have to eat late to make up a lack of calories make smarter choices. This being said it was a tough day and only able to manage some yoga and stretching but I MADE IT......:laugh:

I had a house full of relatives and after they left, the clean up began. Was literally on my knees scrubbing my kitchen floors! Not that they're messy people or anything. We were processing deer meat for two days and the in and out to the grinders and smoke house made quite the mess!0 -
