Introduction! :)

Hello!

This is the first post I have posted in MFP forums, and I've been on here forever. LOL

My name is Stephanie, and I am currently about 377. I was 397 about a month ago, and I have lost about 20 or so lbs. I found out from my fertility Doctor that I have insulin resistance, and have since I was a little girl, so I cut my carbs down to about 60 a day, and it's been great. :) I actually feel a lot better.

I'm looking for some supporting friends on here, so feel free to add me. :)

HI! My name is Stephanie, also. I started at 328 and have lost 14 pounds. I have not been good at staying on my goals of exercise but I am doing better this year. I would love to be encouragement buddies. Feel free to friend me....

Hi! My name is NOT Stephanie! haha! I am Alana, and have been on here about a year and a half. NOT a fast loser, have been struggling since November (job change/shift change and holidays, SMH)
I wish I could eat more low carb, but I don't do too badly----if I elminated popcorn, I would ba under 100 a day, but heck no! can't give up my popcorn for Nobody!
I find that exercise is key for me, just have issues with scheduling time. I got under 300 pounds for a minute, then gained back 15---here I sit.....but determined to get back in the 200's by April.

    Have a great day! :flowerforyou:

i think that is a great goal - under 300 by April. I will jump on that goal with you! Exercise is hard to schedule for me too. I am a single mom of two teen boys. They are awesome and I am blessed but time is always the enemy for me... well, time and energy. I look forward to working towards this goal with you!

Hello everyone! My name is Anita and I am right there with you guys...tired of being on the weight yo-yo! Under 300 by April is a great goal and I'm going to try hard to get there! Keeping track helps so much but as soon as I think I can do it myself I start to unwind and spiral. Now I am catching myself faster and staying on track. Please feel free to add me....I know I could use all the encouragement I can get.
