Week 4 - 5 point challenge: Motivation
For this weeks 5 point challenge create an online motivation board - you can use tumblr, instagram, or any social media/ electronic medium to create your board. you must have at least 7 photos related to food and nutrition, 7 photos related to working out, one recipe, one workout, and at least one quote.
reply to this thread with the link to your motivation board. feel free to add anything else beyond the minimum requirements to your board. all boards will be reviewed and points will be awarded if all requirements are met.
