ran 3 km, in 22 minutes before work and did an express spinning class, 25 minutes, at lunch time.

I am still managing to stay little under 1,200 calories per day....with no results....but not giving up.
I know that certain facts play against me: I am older (52 years old), a woman, close to my goal weight and not very tall.
