 Today was tough! My mind kept wanting to sabotage my goals. I guess that's why I'm still overweight! But I did it, yeah, hopefully that discipline will spark more discipline to take me through the month.0

 Grumble is for the fact that I am finishing up 20 minutes of stationary bike to make up for going over at dinner. But it was delicious and had great company. Thank goodness I ate only half of my lunch.
