The Color Run

Hey Everybody,
Just wanted to see if anybody around MFP is doing the Color Run Coming up in late March.
It's a 5k coming to Nashville on 3/29 I believe.
Also, anyone know what they use to put the color in color run.
I assume its dyed flour or something like that.

    I don't know why (and please don't take offense), but color runs seem to be very feminine to me. Probably because my 21 yo daughter loves them.

    I've never done one, but I'm guessing they use a water-based, paint powder. It is common for kindergarden classes because it is easy to turn to paint (add water), is non-toxic and washes out (for the most part). They'll probably have some way to get you wet (or rely on sweat) to activate the paint.
