    I haven't checked in for a few days, and that's because I had a mini-holiday where I tracked NOTHING and ate EVERYTHING. Whoops. So I'm taking myself out of the group now :)

    Anyway, I will see you all for March because I can't BELIEVE how much this group helped with my commitment and focus for those first few days! Thanks and see you soon!

    Aaaaaand I'm out as well! Went out for dinner last night, no idea what I ate, and didn't get my exercise in. I'll be back in MArch though, great group and great challenge!!!

    Aaaaaand I'm out as well! Went out for dinner last night, no idea what I ate, and didn't get my exercise in. I'll be back in MArch though, great group and great challenge!!!

    Try to keep it up on our own for the rest of February. It will only help for March AND will show great results on the scale too!! :bigsmile:

    Another day down. Went into the gym on my day off today to meet with my trainer and since I was there..................did a 30 minute circuit and a 30 minute swim..................next day off Sat, dog walking day.

    I'm out too!!!! I didn't exercise yesterday....I think I'm burned out on exercising everyday need to take a bit of a break. See you next month.
    When I weighed in Monday night at my TOPS meeting I had gained 2 pounds and it really bummed me.....just can't figure out WHY I am gaining and not loosing!!!! I haven't lost since July and I'm so frustrated.

    So sorry to hear about the no weight loss. :cry: Has to be very discouraging!! I think I remember right, you have checked with your doctor for medical issues, right? If I'm wrong....please do that. If there aren't any medical issues look at calories in....weigh and measure EVERYTHING!! Trying not to eat back workout calories will definitely kick start weight loss too. Hang in there!! See ya next month!! :love:

    Sushi two days in a row but made slightly better choices today (including one beer instead of two glasses of wine). I had to run around to meeting today so for one day, I could be "light activity" rather than sedentary :happy:
