    I'm out too!!!! I didn't exercise yesterday....I think I'm burned out on exercising everyday need to take a bit of a break. See you next month.
    When I weighed in Monday night at my TOPS meeting I had gained 2 pounds and it really bummed me.....just can't figure out WHY I am gaining and not loosing!!!! I haven't lost since July and I'm so frustrated.

    So sorry to hear about the no weight loss. :cry: Has to be very discouraging!! I think I remember right, you have checked with your doctor for medical issues, right? If I'm wrong....please do that. If there aren't any medical issues look at calories in....weigh and measure EVERYTHING!! Trying not to eat back workout calories will definitely kick start weight loss too. Hang in there!! See ya next month!! :love:

    Sushi two days in a row but made slightly better choices today (including one beer instead of two glasses of wine). I had to run around to meeting today so for one day, I could be "light activity" rather than sedentary :happy:

    It's actually getting easier making good choices with my diet and exercise! My first thought when I saw THIS group was NOOO way I could do this but I'm doing it, yay baby! We are ALL WINNERS!

    Hope to see you next month and an extra thanks for reminding me that I had almonds for lunch - I am still under my calories but trying to keep to the rules of the challenge.

    Wow....sadly I caved today to the stress of being cold without power for the last 12+ hours. It's cold here in Atlanta and couldn't even get outside because of all the ice. Infact, I'm using my last bit of battery power to post my "truth" I thank you for the opportunity and wish everyone the best. I really have learned so much and truly grateful.
