    I'm out too. I had a business lunch and activity tonight and I couldn't eyeball portions, so I'm sure I went over, but definitely going to do the challenge on my own. Those who are still doing it, keep it up!!

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? yes...did usual exercise with my dog and also got lots of additional exercise as i am staying on the 5th floor of a hotel and i have to walk the dog on a leash here
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes....1,043 low because i am snowed in at the hotel i mentioned above and the meals here are only "ok"
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? to the best of my ability (no nutrition stats on hotel food) i did...tried to be VERY honest about portion sizes, though

    wow...they're dropping like flies today...myself included :sad:

    I totally blew it today...no excuses except I think i just needed a break: went way over calorie budget , didn't count any calories, and didn't exercise.

    Caradae - please include me next month.

    Started swimming yesterday and I loved it...almost an hour in the pool! BUT I was up 2 pounds this morning. Did I absorb some of that pool water?! At least I'm still in the group!

    Sushi two days in a row but made slightly better choices today (including one beer instead of two glasses of wine). I had to run around to meeting today so for one day, I could be "light activity" rather than sedentary :happy:

    LOVE SUSHI....YUMMY!!! I could eat it everyday!! :love:

    Dang it I gave into a night time snack of pistachios and went over. See you next month and I will continue to hold myself accountable for the rest of the month.

    Those are as bad as chips, right? You can't have just one!! :laugh: See ya in March!! Hang in there for the rest of February.

    Wow....sadly I caved today to the stress of being cold without power for the last 12+ hours. It's cold here in Atlanta and couldn't even get outside because of all the ice. Infact, I'm using my last bit of battery power to post my "truth" I thank you for the opportunity and wish everyone the best. I really have learned so much and truly grateful.
