    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? YEP. Walked the park path for 79 minutes, tracked via RunKeeper... 77 degrees (high was 83 today)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YUP, under budget
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YEPPERS, I sure did

    Mini Challenges: YUP x 2.. Sugar (my goal is 45, ate 40, exercise upped it to 59) and walked 79 min

    Guess I am out this month miss yesterday because there was to much tooth pain, root canal done today.

    Thankfully shoveling really allows for a lot more wiggle room as far as calories go. I would have been way over even though I did my normal elliptical workout in the morning. Plenty more snow dumped here if anyone wants to earn more calories you are welcome to clear my drive... lol!
