today I was only going to do 3 miles, but felt so good I did 5
(LS 5 mile fat burning walk) tomorrow is suppose to be nice
I just might try to got out side and walk.

I haven't been posting my miles, but I did Radio Remixes last night and will be doing 5 Mega Miles shortly.

So far this February I've done the 3 Mile Super Fat blaster every weekday for two weeks! Woot! 30 miles down! I think I did a couple of 2 Miles on the weekends, as well, so maybe 32-34 miles.0

I am a little late to the party. I just recently discovered Leslie sansone as I had a knee issue that was limiting the cardio I could do. Since I only have 2 weeks left in February, I will aim for 30 miles.0
