    bicep curls 3 sets of 15 reps at 15 pounds

    2/13/2014- LS Party Songs 6 miles

    2/14/2014- LS Party Songs 6 miles

    2/15/2014- 3 sets of 50 reps biceps 15 pounds, 3 sets of pulley work and chest press 50 reps 25 pounds, 1 miles NuStep

    2/16/2014- 30 min NuStep 2 miles; 3 miles Party Songs total 5 miles

    I did the strength in the morning (as walk strong is quite a bit of strength work) and then then cardio this evening to burn off a big burger and fries. :laugh:

    I wish I had started earlier but I started Leslie Sansone's workout last week and have walk 16 miles so far. Next month will be better.

    Today I did 46 minutes/3 miles of Walk to the HIITS Radio Remixes. I gotta say, that one is probably one of the most intense workouts I've done with Leslie!

    Ok, I'm new and late to the challenge. I'm not new to LS, though. I will set a goal for 10 miles this month, which is one mile for every day left in February. I have a LS DVD that goes up to 5 miles.
