How do you cycle without getting a sore bum??
To achieve the goal of 1040 miles. I have to do 87 miles a month. Right now I am lagging. The only way to catch without straining my ankle is cycling....then again it goes back to the question above.
^^When you find the answer to that, will ya let me know!? :laugh:
Cycling shorts help, but not by a lot when you spend loads of time in the saddle. I have seen cycling undies too.. haven't tried them tho.0 -

2/16 12 mi bike ride YTD 114
Sundays ride was ez to hard and had to exit the bike 3 times to walk up inclines. :mad: This told me how out of shape I am! That's ok! I never quit! After ride, joined up with a few friends from running grp had an intense 60 min game of sand volleyball. Fell into bed at 7 pm.
Someone mentioned sore in the saddle. I buy riding shorts with thick chamois for protection. If I know its going to be a long ride I make a few stops and stretch.
