Hey. I'm working through the Convict Conditioning progressions.

I'd find it helpful to post/get feedback on my progress. Currently I track my current state using the CC iPhone app.

It's pretty basic and doesn't provide history or anything. It shows the standards for each progression, where you are in the standard, the number of your last sets/reps and suggested sets/reps for the next workout.
Pushups
Step 1 - Complete
Step 2 (Incline Pushups) - Intermediate Standard
Pull ups
Step 1 (Vertical Pulls) - Complete
Step 2 (Horizontal Pulls) - Haven't yet met the Beginner Standard...if anybody has advice...?
Legs
Step 1 (Knee Tucks) - Intermediate Standard
Bridges
Step 1 - Complete
Step 2 (Straight Bridges) - Beginner Standard
Squats
Step 1 (Shoulder Stand Squats) - Intermediate Standard
Handstands
Step 1 (Wall Headstand) - Intermediate Standard

What's the Horizontal Pull-ups? Front levers + pull-up?
LOL. Not quite. I'm still working toward doing a pull-up (that's Step 5).
Essentially, you lay on the ground under a horizontal bar. You grip the bar shoulder width apart and pull your body up so that your body is in a straight line with your weight supported by your heels (on the floor) and your hands (gripping the bar). Then you pull yourself up until your chest touches the table.0 -
Ahh, the Australian Pull-ups? Now I got it, ahah..0
