What can I say, finally a beautiful day for an outdoor bicycle ride. I hope I get see some more of these so I can at least make goal.

I have had a rough week, as my husband has been in and out of the hospital and in and out of doctors offices due to his heart condition as well as Vertigo. And then worrying about his job hasn't been helping matters either.0 -

My cold has finally cleared enough that I managed to comfortably run tonight for 3.1 miles and then I speed-walked for 1.9 miles and a total of 5 miles and lifted some weights after! Very pleased with this.
