    What can I say, finally a beautiful day for an outdoor bicycle ride. I hope I get see some more of these so I can at least make goal.

    02/15 - 10.5 miles stationary bike performance program
    02/16 - 1.0 miles walking
    02/17 - 1.0 miles swimming
    02/18 - 1.0 miles walking
    02/19 - 8.5 miles biking
    02/20 - 2.0 miles walking
    02/21 - 14.0 miles biking

    Total: 97.0 miles

    Back to the athletic club through the blowing snow for the regular routine:
    treadmill, weight machines, recumbent bike, and aquatic fitness class.
    Used up 435 calories in 2.5 hours and can add 4.0 miles to my total.

    February so far = 68.0.

    I did feel well enough to move my @ss today. Got in 3.5 miles walking the dogs. It was only 20* but there was no wind so it felt fabulous to be outside. I also got in 2 back to back P90X workouts (trying to stay caught up)! Hope I don't have a relapse tomorrow!

    I have had a rough week, as my husband has been in and out of the hospital and in and out of doctors offices due to his heart condition as well as Vertigo. And then worrying about his job hasn't been helping matters either.

    My cold has finally cleared enough that I managed to comfortably run tonight for 3.1 miles and then I speed-walked for 1.9 miles and a total of 5 miles and lifted some weights after! Very pleased with this. :smile:

    Sorry I have been gone for a while, weather has been a little crazy so not much exericise has been done, because we have had power outages everywhere but I did manage to get 5 miles in this week and also 30 miles on exercise bike.

    FTP test today. 15 miles added. 254 out of 350 completed. 96 to go. Time to get serious and knock that out. Six days, 96 miles? That's only 16 miles a day. I got this. :-)
