If you want to compete for the first time, they will help you with your workout and diet plans to help you get ready for the stage (that is where I started). If you are a veteran competitor, they can help tweak your plan to help you bring your best package to the stage (and we have tons of pro's joining the team)! Federation doesn't matter.
