Here is one that everyone can do and we have many Mom's doing.

30 Day Boo-Tay Squat Challenge with me!? Be sure to take your before picture so in 30 Days you can see your results. Be sure to comment below with your day and how you are doing in the blog!

By doing squats, you’re working your entire lower body and your biggest muscles which means you’re burning a lot of calories! For an extra punch add in jumping jacks with your squats.

This challenge is designed to tighten, tone, reshape and strengthen your butt and legs. You can do this squat challenge almost anywhere. Add it to your daily workout routine

and do with friends! This takes less than 10 minutes per day!

    I am sooooo scared of gaining :( I am a Mesomorph and gain muscle EASY. But I REALLY want to join. Any advice for me slimfitnessmom?

    I'm currently on day 8 of the Insanity Challenge. I started seeing results right away. I can post them here when the time comes. It's definitely a great challenge and works if you only have 45 minutes a day to exercise. If not the T25 sounds good, I haven't tried it yet but I've heard great reviews.

    If you don't have a beachbody coach let me know. I JUST signed up to be a coach!! My husband had been doing it for a while but I just joined the bandwagon since he is doing so well with it!!
