    ^Another very good one!

Well, my back is far better than it was, but now just feels "sore" and still tight when I inhale deeply. Anyway, these past two days both DH and my son have asked to do the afternoon drop-off & pick-up to have some daddy-son time, so today I am at home with lil girl. I guess it's a rest day, unless I figure out something else to do. There's a chance that I might walk or run tonight while son is at taekwon do, although I usually prefer to watch his class and also to not run in the dark--but we'll see how things go by then. If I rest, that's okay, as my back is not at all 100%. I'd rather get the rest I need so I can be 100% at my next workout, than to do a halfsie workout today and be tired or sore and have to do a halfsie workout tomorrow too.

Hope you're all having a good one!

I have been SO bad lately! I haven't worked out last week. Tonight there is a kickboxing class. I went to it for the first time last week so I hop this will be what I need to get me back on track!

Hope everyone has been doing better than I have!

    Day 3
    ???? Abs completed
    ???? 30 mins treadmill

Sherry: I am glad that your back is feeling better! It sucks to have an injury and it is best to rest even though you may not want too!!!! Maybe bring your daughter for a nice walk it gets you outside and you are still doing some exercise without injuring your back.

Tlatrice13: I hope kickboxing class motivates you to continue exercising. Nothing feels better than kicking *kitten* literally! Let us know how the class went!!!

Well time to eat some salad and get ready for nightshift! Hope everyone has a great day!

    Julie

Welcome back Julie! So good to have you back! You've got a good plan full of lots of variety.

Well, unfortunately I can't take a walk with my lil girl b/c she always expects to be carried (which is what strained my back to begin with haha). So, besides fast-walking to/from son's tkd & some housework, today was a rest day. My knees have been "if-y" lately too, so it's just as well. I think I might have to replace leg press with squats, because my knees have been acting up ever since I added leg press to my routine. Just hope I can get to the one&only squat rack at the gym when I need it.

tlatrice13, you can't change the past, all you can do is jump in from wherever you are now and to make a promise and a commitment to yourself to do the best that you can do from where you are. Kickboxing sounds awesome. Hope you like it.

Oh yeah, btw, happy hump day! Wasn't til this afternoon that I realized it was Wed. I thought it was Tues all day today. So I thought I had plenty more days to make-up for my missed day. oops, I've got some catching up to do!

    Hi everybody!

My trainer has the stomach flu so he cancelled on me for tonight. I was going to run tonight too so I will probably go do that, but man I just want to go home and put on my pajamas and eat Girl Scout cookies. We'll see what happens when I get out of work.

Metabolic Conditioning class today. It went well. Just did the class and my Convict Conditioning plan (knee lifts and modified pullups). No stairs today to give my knee a bit of a break.

I decided on Monday that this would be a week of increased eating, so am enjoying that! I'm currently planning to do it for two weeks and then re-evaluate.

    Terrific, Maria!

This is what I did. I actually stopped and visited my parents first, then went to the gym & got in my run, then came home & had dinner and way too many cookies. I actually feel a little bit sick. But they're gone anyway.

Donna is the increased eating helping your fatigue level?
