I loved this challenge!!! It reminded me that good food is only a part of our good health! On to March where with any luck at all, Michigan will get out of the deep freeze (-14F -25.6C today!) and I can walk outside again! :glasses:0 -

Completed my goal of not giving up this month! Had a bread when we were without power earlier in the month but got right back with it when it came back up. Total miles in Feb was 104 best I have done in a long time.0

Good afternoon to every one of our amazing walkers in the February Walk Challenge!! WoW, so many wonderful and strong miles walked all February.
Congratulations to all who met and even surpassed your goals :drinker: ! And to every walker, whether goals were met or not, remember that every mile was a step in the right direction toward accomplishing our health and fitness goals. Just keep up the awesome walks .
