Quick announcement:
I'm making a couple of changes to the group.

1. There will be no more purging of group members. Sorry. It just takes too long. Other than that, the challenge will function as always: skip a day of exercising, of staying within your budget, or of tracking, and you're out of the challenge. Meaning, your name won't be in the Winners' Circle at the end of the month.

2. The Winners' Circle will now be posted on the main group description page. It will appear above the rules a day or two after the new month's challenge has been posted.

Please let me know if you have questions or ideas you'd like to contribute.

    Nice to be back. So hot today I waited for sunset to go for a run. By that time I did not want to go out but there was no way I was going to be eliminated on day 1!

    I have been unsuccessful in last 3 months. In december I lost the challenge on 31st and January challenge I was lost on 30th. I am hoping to win this month

    1st March is the first day of Autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can be more consistent with my exercise, which has been my downfall the last couple of months.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget? I think so. I subconsciously ate healthy.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I just found this challenge so I didn't track what I ate all day. But, from here on until the end of the month, I'm going to be meticulous about it!
