Quick announcement:
I'm making a couple of changes to the group.
1. There will be no more purging of group members. Sorry. It just takes too long. Other than that, the challenge will function as always: skip a day of exercising, of staying within your budget, or of tracking, and you're out of the challenge. Meaning, your name won't be in the Winners' Circle at the end of the month.
2. The Winners' Circle will now be posted on the main group description page. It will appear above the rules a day or two after the new month's challenge has been posted.
Please let me know if you have questions or ideas you'd like to contribute.

1st March is the first day of Autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can be more consistent with my exercise, which has been my downfall the last couple of months.0 -
