If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Saturdays in March)
3/1/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
3/8/14=
3/15/14=
3/22/14=
3/29/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight.
Not rules, but helpful when we get over 100 posts for the month, and with up to 5 weeks for posting this month we could easily have over 200!

Hey gang! Well, here we are at the precipice of March, a month bound to bring good things (and some challenges). I'm headed home to NY this evening for my bridal shower tomorrow; so excited to see everyone, but bound to be many food challenges. I've decided to enjoy, but within reason, because I really want to make progress towards my 100 lbs lost this month (have 20 more to go and hoping to get to 289 this month).

I will be on vacation for part of March so I am not sure how I will be doing (hoping to get a lot more walking in though). I changed my weigh in day to Monday's as that seems to work the best for me and will mean only one weigh in will be missed when I am on vacation. I wish everyone the best of luck on this process.

That is the best way to look at it. The victory may not be as satisfying, but not going up is still a victory. If you are working your program, eventually the body will let go of the weight.
