30-Day Plank Challenge Starting 3/1/14

So me and the boys (hubby and sons) are starting the 30-Day Plank Challenge today. Go from a 20-second plank to a 5-minute plank (yep, you heard it right) in 30 days.

Anyone want to join? If you do a search for it you can find a schedule you can print out.

One of the best exercises for strengthening your core from what I hear! Stronger core = better balance, less back problems, better posture, etc, etc
