I have been unsuccessful in last 3 months. In december I lost the challenge on 31st and January challenge I was lost on 30th. I am hoping to win this month

1st March is the first day of Autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can be more consistent with my exercise, which has been my downfall the last couple of months.

Hi everyone. This is my first message board. I've been using my fitness pal for almost a week, and really like keeping track of my daily food and exercise routine.
