    Nice to be back. So hot today I waited for sunset to go for a run. By that time I did not want to go out but there was no way I was going to be eliminated on day 1!

    I have been unsuccessful in last 3 months. In december I lost the challenge on 31st and January challenge I was lost on 30th. I am hoping to win this month

    1st March is the first day of Autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can be more consistent with my exercise, which has been my downfall the last couple of months.

    Remember, ANY MOVEMENT is considered exercise!! Just MOVE and LOSE everyday!! :bigsmile:

    Should have medical clearance for exercise this week! Glad I can count walking and cleaning house as exercise, but cannot wait to have gym workouts to record!

    Hi everyone. This is my first message board. I've been using my fitness pal for almost a week, and really like keeping track of my daily food and exercise routine.
