    50 Squats
    20 Crunches
    20 Second Plank
    15 Knee Push-Ups
    3 Push-Ups
    15 Burpees

    Day 1 crunches done for me. Now if I could only find the motivation to do everything else that needs to be done. :wink:

    Plank, push ups, and squats done! I might not write my progress for a few days since I'm leaving in the morning for Morocco, but I'll do my part!

    Planks done. That about wore me out. Actually it was probably the hour of dancing that I did first that wore me out.

    Got my day one done yesterday, just didn't post on the right thread! OOPS! :-D... Burpees. Squats. Plank. Looking forward to today's challenge. Good luck to y'all!

    Day 2:

    55 Squats ((I did 70))
    25 Crunches
    20 Second Plank
    16 Knee Push-Ups
    4 Push-Ups
    10 Burpees

    Most of which were done with a 3 year old on my back or in my arms. Hahah!

    Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone is logging this in mfp, and if so, how, as circuit training? I'm doing all of the challenges and just finished day 2....thanks!!

    I just put Calisthenics. I was unsure as well.

    I just put Calisthenics. I was unsure as well.

    I decided not to log these as they only take a few minutes - but if I add them to another workout (ie: yoga or pilates or basic stretching, etc) I will add the minutes it takes - btw I also made myself a modified squat challenge - squats are not something my body is used to so I started low and hopefully I can do that challenge next month

    If you are doing all of the challenges it probably takes you a fair bit of time so I would probably log them - I am only doing 2 so that's why I wouldn't log them :wink:

    60 Squats - done
    30 Crunches - done
    30 Second Plank - done
    17 Push-Ups - done, but I have to rest for a few seconds to get the last three done. Push-ups are the toughest.

    We can do this, we're in this together :happy:

    I do one push-up and nearly black out. Swear and pant for a while. Repeat.

    Push-Ups - rest day (thank goodness)
