25 Crunches
20 Second Plank
16 Knee Push-Ups
4 Push-Ups
10 Burpees
Most of which were done with a 3 year old on my back or in my arms. Hahah!0 -

I just put Calisthenics. I was unsure as well.
I decided not to log these as they only take a few minutes - but if I add them to another workout (ie: yoga or pilates or basic stretching, etc) I will add the minutes it takes - btw I also made myself a modified squat challenge - squats are not something my body is used to so I started low and hopefully I can do that challenge next month0 -

If you are doing all of the challenges it probably takes you a fair bit of time so I would probably log them - I am only doing 2 so that's why I wouldn't log them0 -

17 Push-Ups - done, but I have to rest for a few seconds to get the last three done. Push-ups are the toughest.
