            i can't wait to start this. i am also ready for warm weather. my daughter (who's 5) always does these challenges with me. she loves to go for walks and she keeps me motivated. I'm currently 5 months pregnant. the doc said walking is great for me :-) good luck to everyone0

            Day 1 - 5.52 kilometres which is 3.43 miles
 From Contrada Cipolla (home) to the other side of Campo di Mare and back again ..... cold wind but otherwise a beautiful morning0

            wow I am going to have to pick up the pace. 3 miles yesterday and 3 miles today. I think Leslie Sansone has a 4 & 5 mile walk. I will have to do those on my days off work.0
