I need help keeping myself motivate!
Any advise and tips are welcome.

    take pics evry month and see the difference. keep photos of yourself on the fridge and bedroom, and write little notes such as
    I will do this or i am strong..etc.. it helps me so i hope it helps you. think of the reason why you want to lose weight and imagine yourself reaching your goal.
