Low blood pressure & Keto?

Hopped out of bed this morning and blacked out for about 10 seconds. Guessing it's due to low blood pressure and getting up too quickly?
I haven't checked my BP since before starting keto and normally mine is in the upper ranges of normal. I've never had low blood pressure. Can keto cause this?

Sodium. Go drink a cup of broth.

Low carb diets are natriuretic - they make the kidneys dump sodium. Sodium deficiency can cause headache, dizziness and fatigue. With continued low carb intake and sodium restriction, at some point your kidneys start to excrete potassium in order to conserve sodium. Potassium deficiency can lead to muscle cramps, cardiac dysrythmia. it can also cause the body to lose muscle, even when there's plenty of protein in the diet.
DRINK BROTH and try for 3-5 g of sodium per day when starting low carb / keto.0 -

Got Sodium should be the new Got Milk campaign :-)0 -
I routinely supplement Potassium and Magnesium because of the extra water I drink. The Sodium usually sorts itself out, but it looks like you need to be adding more salt to your food0
