    ... in again for 100 running miles in March!

    Started off the month with a 20 mile run yesterday ... got to love when the 1st of the month starts on the day of the long run :laugh:

    So for February I set my goal for 10 miles and completed about 18 miles.

    March 2014 goal is 20 miles.

    Went to the gym with my son this afternoon and lifted and walked for an hour and 3.6 miles.

    OH! And I got my 500 lifetime miles badge on Fitbit tonight! :smile:

    03/01 - 10.0 bike
    03/02 - 15.2 bike, 3.6 treadmill walk

    10 mile run and .7 walk home! And the .7 was harder because my legs were like jelly at that point, lol
    Last longer long run before my first half in 2 weeks :)

    KAWOOKIE - I hope your dad is improving day by day and that is* good that you've continued to move despite what had to be a tremendous weight on your heart and mind, not to mention schedule as you no doubt spent a great deal of time visiting him. There were actually 3 or 4 of you that went through that this month and still are. :heart: My thoughts are with you and your family.

    Also making February GOAL is......AVISITANT!!! :drinker:

    JTH11706 - Yes! "Snow Insurance" is exactly what the stationary bike is!!!! With as much as we've gotten and keep getting, I need it! :bigsmile:

    QUEENEGREENE - Funny how this group works to keep us moving, eh? :bigsmile: I have never moved so much in my life as I have because of this group. I love it. :flowerforyou: In the past, I would have been happy to sit on my hour of biking this morning and be done with it for the day. But nooooooo! I still went to the gym with my son and walked on the treadmill for another hour!

    Added 5 miles today. March total 9 miles. :happy:

    So far I'm making the time for myself. Now I just need to be consistant. :wink:

    Okay...in the right place now! Thank you, Dave!

    Today was a good day...until I posted this in February!! I have 8.31 miles walking and 13.0 miles on the recumbent.
