KAWOOKIE - I hope your dad is improving day by day and that is* good that you've continued to move despite what had to be a tremendous weight on your heart and mind, not to mention schedule as you no doubt spent a great deal of time visiting him. There were actually 3 or 4 of you that went through that this month and still are. My thoughts are with you and your family.
Also making February GOAL is......AVISITANT!!! :drinker:
JTH11706 - Yes! "Snow Insurance" is exactly what the stationary bike is!!!! With as much as we've gotten and keep getting, I need it! :bigsmile:
QUEENEGREENE - Funny how this group works to keep us moving, eh? :bigsmile: I have never moved so much in my life as I have because of this group. I love it. :flowerforyou: In the past, I would have been happy to sit on my hour of biking this morning and be done with it for the day. But nooooooo! I still went to the gym with my son and walked on the treadmill for another hour!
