MFP Start Weight = 138 lbs
MFP Ultimate goal weight 125 lbs
Feb Goal Weight = 131 lbs (lose 5 lbs!)


Feb 1 = 136
Feb 8 = 134.6 lbs
Feb 15 = 133.6 lbs
Feb 22 = 133.6 lbs
March 1st = 132.4

Total lost in Feb = 3.6 lbs

Didn't reach my 5 lb goal put I am pretty proud of my progress :) Good Luck Everyone!!!

    Goals this month: Stay consistent with my diet and workout for at least 150 minutes per week. (I know that doesn't seem like much, but I work 11 hour days so any exercise will be an accomplishment to start).
