    3/4: Walked 80 minutes

    I made up the 15 minutes to equal 1 hour on each of the prior days and did an extra 5 minutes to boot.

    Really wanted to try for 4 miles today but only managed 2. The dog was sick all night and kept me up for hours whining and having to go out so I was lacking energy all day. Boooo... At least he seems to be feeling fine now! And I was proud to get in a couple miles rather than zonking out on the couch after work, like I really wanted to!

    Doing good so far... off last night because I got home late. I can't walk at night and then crawl into bed... don't go to sleep. Today is a curling day so should catch up. Walk with Leslie 3 miles and then 2 hours of curling.

    I can't seem to update my ticker... do I have to log into ticker factory every time I want to change it? :ohwell:
