    My goal is to set new goals monthly. This month is the lose 5 pounds and work out a total of 1440 mins (24 hours) this month. So far I'm at 224 mins but will try my best to get there! If not I'll try again next month! I'm also looking into seriously lifting heavier weights and more often. Please feel free to add me as a friend:)))
